包头阿特斯阳光能源科技有限公司成立于2016年8月18日，是阿特斯阳光电力集团股份有限公司的全资子公司，位于包头市青山区装备制造产业园区新规划区，公司占地面积337.5亩，注册资金9亿元。
阿特斯包头公司主要生产单晶硅棒。一期多晶铸锭项目于2017年5月正式投产；单晶项目于2018年6月正式投产。二期单晶项目于2020年12月投入生产。三期单晶项目于2022年11月投入生产。通过集控系统、MES、自动装配料生产线和叫料系统等实现自动化生产，同时利用SCADA、MES、SAP系统整合，实现精细化生产管理。目前，阿特斯包头公司单晶产能可达10GW，带动就业1500人。
