Qianshen Group, formerly known as Zaishuiyifang Group, was established in 1997. After five years of development, Zaishuiyifang Group was formally established in Qingdao, Shandong Province in 2002, achieving a group-based management model. Since its inception, the enterprise has maintained a steady and rapid development momentum. In just over a decade, Qianshen has invested in and built 18 branch companies in cities including Qingdao, Jinan, Linyi, Wuhan, Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, Wuxi, Hefei, and Guangzhou, employing more than 5,000 staff. Over its 20 years of development, Qianshen has actively explored the domestic market and gradually expanded into overseas markets, aiming to transition into a multinational corporation. In 2007, the group's headquarters was strategically relocated from Qingdao to Wuhan. Located in the heart of China, Wuhan connects north to Shandong and Beijing and south to the Yangtze River and Pearl River Deltas, securing a strategic geographical foundation for Qianshen Group's development. The headquarters serves as the key command center for planning development blueprints and implementing strategies, with 15 functional departments: Recruitment Management Center, Administration Management Center, Education and Training Management Center, Financial Management Center, Marketing Management Center, Audit Management Center, Statistics Management Center, Material Support Management Center, Catering Management Center, Business Technical Management Center, Human Resources Management Center, Engineering Construction Management Center, Project Development Management Center, Technical Training Management Center, and Base Property Management Center. The establishment and perfection of these functional departments provide favorable guarantees for the group's development. The establishment of the customer service center and the launch of the 800 and 400 national consultation hotlines are the prerequisites for the enterprise's move toward standardization and internationalization.

In 2012, with foresight, the group's senior management formulated detailed overseas development plans and officially renamed Zaishuiyifang Group to Qianshen Group. To create a better environment for overseas development and expand international markets, the group headquarters moved to Shanghai in February 2013.
