南昌旺鑫纸业有限公司成立于2011年12月，是通过收购南昌惠惠福利纸业有限公司发展起来的，公司位于江西省进贤经济开发区内，占地面积300余亩，项目总投资3亿多人民币，分二期建设：*期为年产12万吨再生挂面牛皮箱纸板生产线，第二期为年产20万吨高强度瓦愣原纸生产线；目前公司已投入了1.6亿元，并且对原有设备进行了大量的技改，*期年产12万吨再生挂面牛皮箱纸板生产线项目已经建成，并已投产。
