(hereinafter referred to as CSSC Guangzhou Shipyard) and CSSC Chengxi Shipyard (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chengxi Guangzhou) due to equity changes and development needs. As a key ship repair enterprise under CSSC Group, the company inherits the repair business of the former Wenchong Shipyard, with over 60 years of ship repair experience, consistently ranking among the top ten ship repair enterprises in China for many years. Wenchong Shipyard is located on Longxue Island, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, one of China's three major shipbuilding bases. The plant area is situated at the golden center of the Pearl River Delta, facing the Pearl River waterway to the east, adjacent to Nansha Port, and close to major ports such as Hong Kong Port, Yantian Port, and Chiwan Port to the south, as well as five major international airports in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong, and Macau. Wenchong Shipyard owns two docks of 200,000-ton and 300,000-ton class, an 1,800-meter wharf, modern production workshops, and first-class hardware resources. It can undertake repair and conversion of various types of ships, including 300,000-ton large container ships, oil tankers, bulk carriers, engineering vessels, chemical tankers, dredgers, and official vessels.
