Chongqing Aiyi Homer Education Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Group"), located in Chongqing University Town, adjacent to Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, was founded by Mr. He Yukai in 2003, growing from the initial "Homer" art studio. In 2016, the shareholding system reform was completed.
