Shanghai Gelaoguan Catering Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014, and it was in this year that "Gelaoguan" officially entered Shanghai, sweeping the hot pot industry within just half a year, sparking a trend of American frog and fish head hot pot. Little known is that the Gelaoguan brand had been meticulously planned in Sichuan for a long time. Since 2002, when American frog and fish head hot pot became popular in Sichuan, we were already present, supplying hot pot seasonings to over 400 stores specializing in American frog and fish head dishes. Now, Gelaoguan brings this delicacy unchanged to Shanghai, and then improves it by incorporating local tastes.
