Interview Process:
Online resume submission → Resume screening → Interview → Second interview → Offer notification → Onboarding procedures
1. The Human Resources Department will conduct a preliminary screening of resumes. Qualified candidates will receive an interview notice by phone or text message within one week (including interview time, location, and required materials: personal resume, ID card, graduation certificate, and other relevant certificates);
2. Candidates who pass the interview will be arranged for a second interview within about three working days;
3. The Human Resources Department will issue an offer letter to prospective employees within three working days, including start date, position, and materials required for onboarding.
