Chongqing Tianze New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing International Composite Materials Co., Ltd., which is the fiberglass segment of Yunnan Yuntianhua Group. Established in November 2014, the Company is registered as a limited liability company (sole proprietorship by legal person). Its production and operation site is located at No. 25 Qixin Avenue, Changshou District, Chongqing. The registered capital is RMB 300 million yuan. The Company's overall operation is in good condition with enormous market potential. Currently, the Company has 856 employees and is classified as a large-scale industrial enterprise. It possesses two glass fiber fine yarn production lines with a total designed capacity of 60,000 tons, adopting first-class plant design, production equipment, and advanced production processes. The Company's main products are alkali-free glass fiber fine yarns (G37, G75, E225, E110), and it has the production capacity for the National Science and Technology Support Program project, electronic ultrafine yarns D450, BC1500, and C1200. At present, the Company is steadily advancing towards large-flow, high-quality electronic fine yarn production technology. The Company's main customers are distributed in industries such as energy, transportation, petroleum, and electronics, with over 50% of glass fiber and its products exported to the United States, Japan, and other places. In the future, the Company will be organically integrated with Chongqing Tianqin Materials Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Zhubo Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., aiming to build a high-quality upstream and downstream industrial chain for domestic electronic-grade glass fiber.
