Nanchang Municipal Yuanda Construction Industry Co., Ltd. was established in May 2016 with a registered capital of approximately RMB 272 million. It is a state-controlled enterprise jointly established by Nanchang Municipal Construction Group, Nanchang Municipal Engineering Development Group, and Changsha Yuanda Residential Industry Group. The company has one wholly-owned subsidiary (Nanchang Zhengtuo Construction Technology Co., Ltd.), which is responsible for the operation of the Green Building Industrial Park.
Nanchang Municipal Yuanda Construction Industry Co., Ltd. is in the prefabricated building industry, mainly engaged in the production of reinforced concrete precast components (PC components). Its main product types include precast composite slabs, interior walls, exterior walls, balconies, stairs, air-conditioning panels, and other prefabricated building parts and components. At present, the company is planning and building a Green Building Industrial Park, committed to building a complete industrial chain integrating construction waste resource disposal, recycled product research and development, deep processing, and prefabricated building design, research and development, production, construction, and services, incorporating the concept of distributed energy to achieve energy self-sufficiency. Through the integrated development of multiple industries, it will be built into a domestic "Construction Waste Resource Utilization + Prefabricated Component Full Industrial Chain Demonstration Park".
