Hubei Xinxin Fuzhen Construction Development Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005. Over the past ten-plus years, under the strong leadership of Chairman Li Pinggui, the Fuzhen people have carried forward the Wuhan spirit of daring to be the first and pursuing excellence, united and worked hard, and been honest and dedicated. It has now grown into a group-managed enterprise integrating real estate development, earthwork engineering, building materials sales and logistics, and commercial concrete production. It has also invested in and established a national nursing home and a restaurant. The enterprise is developing healthily and is full of vitality.
Adhering to the concept of creating a fine product in every project, the company has in recent years efficiently and with high quality completed key construction projects such as the Jiang'an section of the Wuhan-Hefei Railway, Kunming New Airport, Wuhan Yangtze River Tunnel, the earthwork foundation engineering for the Hanyi Railway (Caidian section), supporting works for the Wuhan Erqi Yangtze River Bridge, and the Xiaogan Hong Kong City project, achieving good economic and social benefits and contributing to socio-economic development. Under the leadership of Chairman Li Pinggui, the Fuzhen people are charitable and help the poor. Over the past ten-plus years, Fuzhen people have donated more than 6 million yuan cumulatively to public welfare and charity causes.
Chairman Li Pinggui was twice awarded the title of "Wuhan Top Ten Outstanding Entrepreneurial Figures" in 2006 and 2008; in 2009 he received the "Wuhan May 1 Labor Medal"; in 2011 he was elected a member of the 14th Jiang'an District CPPCC and awarded the title of "Wuhan Top Ten Outstanding Figures in the Private Economy"; in 2012 he received the title of "Hubei Top Ten Outstanding Entrepreneurial Figures". In 2007 the company received the titles of "Caring Enterprise" of Wuhan and "Hubei Outstanding Private Enterprise"; in 2008 it received the titles of "Hubei Outstanding Demonstration Unit for Enterprise Reform" and "Top 50 Most Investment-Valuable Enterprises in Central China"; in 2010 it received the title of "Wuhan Top Ten Entrepreneurial Enterprises" and the "Wuhan May 1 Labor Award"; in 2011 it received the titles of "Jiang'an District Harmonious Enterprise" and "Wuhan Harmonious Enterprise"; in 2012 the Wuhan Federation of Trade Unions awarded it "Model Workers' Home"; in 2016 the State Administration for Industry and Commerce awarded it "2014-2015 National Contract-Abiding and Credit-Reliable Enterprise".
