岗位职责：
1.负责公司产品核心模块的日常研发工作,参与新项目开发以及老项目迭代开发，按照研发经理的要求对其所负责的模块完成架构与研发落实；
2.熟悉业务和产品需求，能完成功能设计、架构设计优化和研发工作；
3.能参与外部接口问题定位、分析与沟通，支持运营和业务人员及时、准确解决生产问题；
4.能按时、独立、高质量地完成工作，确保相关代码逻辑的健壮性与正确性。
任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业，统招全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上Java与Python开发工作经验，具有大型互联网企业系统高并发工作经验优先；
2.Java与Python编程基础扎实，熟练运用Spring Boot、Spring Cloud, 并熟练掌握 Spring、SpringMVC、Hibernate、MyBatis 等开源框架和配置，对网络、IO、多线程、高并发,性能优化等有丰富的实践经验；
3.精通分布式爬虫，多线程开发技术；熟悉DOM、HTML5、CSS3等页面对急，熟练使用Htmlparser、xpath等页面解析页面；
4.精通MySql数据库，能理解数据库范式设计、SQL语句多表联查、聚合分组能力;
5.熟悉git代码管理的常用命令，熟悉linux系统常用命令，能够编写基础文档并讨论;
6.有toB项目开发经验者优先，有国内外保险及相关行业工作经验者优先；
7. 具有良好的编程习惯和团队协作精神，有较强的责任心、安全意识和文档意识；
