Shanghai Yihe Valve Joint-stock Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Yihe Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Yihe") is located in Waigang Industrial Park, Jiading District, Shanghai, covering an area of 22,650 m², with a building area of 21,500 m² and registered capital of 118 million RMB. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a designated manufacturer for the localization of million-kilowatt nuclear-grade valves for the National Energy Administration, and a corporate technology center recognized by Jiading District. The company specializes in producing various corrosion-resistant valves and special valves.
The company's leading products include various control valves (eccentric rotary valves, single-seat valves, cage valves, high-temperature and high-pressure cage valves, etc.), diaphragm valves, vacuum breaker valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, globe valves, gate valves, check valves, hydraulic control valves, etc. These products are widely used in industries such as nuclear power, thermal power, petrochemical, metallurgy, oil refining, water utilities, food, pharmaceuticals, heating, environmental protection, and construction.
The company is divided into Workshop 1 and Workshop 2. Workshop 1 covers 5,000 m², while Workshop 2 covers 7,000 m² in two floors. It possesses over 200 sets of brand-new high-performance metal cutting equipment, testing equipment, and experimental equipment, including 89 sets of metal cutting equipment such as horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, 2.5M vertical lathes, boring machines, universal grinders, and drilling machines; 20 sets of testing equipment capable of completing performance tests for various welded and flanged valves; and 26 sets of advanced experimental equipment including hot-life test machines, plasma surfacing machines, rubber flexing testers, rubber tensile machines, impact testers, ultrasonic cleaning machines, electronic universal tensile testing machines, spectrometers, thickness gauges, length gauges, roughness testers, and hardness testers. The key management personnel, technical staff, production workers, and business backbones of Shanghai Yihe Valve have participated in the design, development, production, manufacturing, and service of nuclear power projects such as Qinshan Phase I, Chashma Nuclear Power Plant in Pakistan, Qinshan Phase II, Tianwan, Fuqing, Fangjiashan, Ling'ao, Hongyanhe, Ningde, Yangjiang, Taishan, Sanmen, Changjiang, and Fangchenggang. These personnel have rich experience in the design, manufacturing, and application of valves.
The company possesses various high-performance metal cutting equipment, including horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, various CNC lathes, 2.5m vertical lathes, large horizontal lathes, and horizontal boring machines, as well as heat treatment equipment, plasma hard alloy surfacing equipment, and ultrasonic cleaning equipment. The company also has various testing and experimental equipment, including spectrometers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, screen-display tensile testing machines, electronic universal testing machines, electronic impact testing machines, valve hot-state testing machines, ultrasonic thickness gauges, Rockwell hardness testers, and various specifications of valve pressure test benches. While possessing advanced technology and fine equipment, the company continuously improves its quality assurance system to enhance product quality.
The company has a high-quality workforce integrating research, design, production, sales, and service, with 200 regular employees. Among them, there are 32 technical personnel, including 7 senior engineers and 19 engineers, as well as 1 senior technician. NDT certified personnel include: 3 nuclear PT-II, 1 nuclear PT-I, 2 nuclear VT-II, 1 RT-II, and 1 UT-I. There are 7 inspection and testing personnel, 2 physical and chemical testing personnel, and 2 metrology personnel. The company has nearly 300 sets of brand-new equipment, including vertical and horizontal machining centers, various CNC machine tools, testing equipment, and experimental equipment. In addition to national standards, products also comply with international standards such as ANSI, API, IEEE, ASME, RCC-M, BS, DIN, JIS, and ISO.
In quality management, the company has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management certification, CE certification for exports to the EU, API certification from the American Petroleum Institute, TS special equipment manufacturing license, and the national civil nuclear safety equipment design/manufacturing license (Class 2 and Class 3 nuclear).
