东莞市清溪粤海水务有限公司（下称“清溪粤海水务”）于2015年12月成立，注册资本1.8亿元，是粤海水务集团（香港）有限公司联合东江原水公司、东莞控股公司、清溪资产公司等股东共同投资成立的有限责任公司，承担清溪镇的供水管网规划建设和提供生产、生活用水责任。公司设置7个部门，现有员工173人。拥有三间供水厂，设计总供水能力达29万立方米/日，服务面积约70平方公里，服务人口32万人。
二、企业运营情况
近年来每年总供水量、总售水量均超为5000千万立方米，管网总长300多公里，漏损率在10%以下，营收超亿元。
三、企业工作情况
根据国家有关法津法规及本公司的实际情况，公司制定了一系列符合粤海水务经营理念的管理制度，日常工作中，公司严格按规章制度执行。
