重庆臣瑞塑胶有限公司系成都正华伟臣建材有限公司全资子公司，公司注册成立于2013年。
成都正华伟臣建材有限公司始建于上世纪90年代，公司前身为成都鑫金路塑料制品厂。总部位于天府之都四川成都，占地80余亩，2008年、2010年分别在兰州和重庆建立全资生产基地两家。自创建以来，我们始终专注于塑料制品（PVCPPRPE)的研发、生产及销售领域。通过两代伟臣人地努力耕耘，公司得到了史无前例的壮大与发展，成为西南地区行业发展的排头兵，市场品牌包括：鑫金路、天瑞、正华天瑞及伟臣。截止2012年年底，公司自有生产基地3家，员工总数400余人，年销售规模上亿元。
发展大事记如下：
1、1998年投资组建成都正华伟臣建材有限公司。
2、2002年通过IS09001：2000国际质量管理体系认证，2006年通过ISO14001：2004环境质量体系认证。
3、2008年与四川大学化工学院联手创建“伟臣管业四川大学创新研发中心”。
4、2008年末，投资建立兰州生产基地。
5、2010年，投资建立重庆生产基地，同年完成重庆营销中心的建立。
6、2012年，完成公司营销资源整合与销售品牌升级任务。代表性工作：营销总部迁往广东深圳，力邀朱时茂成为我司品牌代言人。
7、为进一步细分市场，精化销售，2013年成立重庆臣瑞塑胶有限公司。
