Meiliwu

Meiliwu is an APP that aggregates housing listings and facilitates second-hand housing transactions, with two versions for owners and brokers, aiming to solve problems brought by second-hand housing transactions and rentals, such as information asymmetry, varying levels of intermediary service, and mismatch between service value and fees. Based on real estate ERP, the Meiliwu APP sees 800,000 real and valid housing listings entering per month, over 2 million customer source information, and more than 30,000 online brokers. Currently, Meiliwu's main business is rental O2O, providing modes such as whole-unit rental and shared rental. Users can not only query and schedule viewings anytime, book and sign contracts online, but also apply for maintenance, schedule cleaning, and other daily services online. Different from traditional housing agencies, Meiliwu is more internet-oriented. It does not set up physical stores; contract signing centers are located in office buildings, which helps standardize and modularize business processes while effectively reducing operating costs. Since entering the rental market in 2015, Meiliwu has established 7 major signing centers in Beijing, increased employees to over 800, with an annual transaction volume of about 200 million RMB, serving more than 20,000 customers.
