In December 2013, it was merged by absorption with Shaanxi Tianyuan Communication Planning and Design Consulting Co., Ltd. after absorbing Shaanxi Tianyuan Communication Design Consulting Co., Ltd. Subsequently, in December 2016, following an overall restructuring, it was renamed Tianyuan Ruixin Communication Technology Co., Ltd. The current registered capital is RMB 81,152,263. The company now holds Class A qualifications in the electronic communication and broadcasting and television industry (wired communication, wireless communication, communication towers) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, as well as a special Class A qualification for building intelligent system design, and a professional Class A qualification for communication engineering surveying in engineering survey. The company currently has 1,100 employees, including 600 engineering design technicians and 100 management personnel.
