China Resources Enterprise Limited was founded in 1992 and is the flagship Hong Kong company of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. for its integrated consumer goods and retail services businesses. China Resources Logistics, formerly China Enterprises Limited, was founded in Hong Kong in 1948. It currently owns nine dry cargo warehouses and cold storage facilities in Hong Kong, with a total storage space of nearly 4 million square feet, and a multi-purpose wharf; it also has a container fleet and distribution fleet, as well as self-built warehouse, wharf, and transportation information systems; in Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Qingdao, it has over 2 million square feet of modern warehousing facilities.
China Resources Enterprise Property was established in 2002, holding approximately 630,000 square feet of leased retail property space in Hong Kong, mainly operating nine commercial properties in core Hong Kong business districts such as Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, and Tsuen Wan; through its subsidiary Wing Tat Lee Property Management Limited, it also provides property management services, currently managing over 2 million square feet of property floor area in Hong Kong.
The distribution business focuses on providing Chinese consumers with abundant, high-quality products, fully delivering on the latter half of the "good products, good channels" strategy. In Hong Kong, it is a comprehensive food distributor with strength and experience; in the mainland, it has cooperative sales with over 3,500 directly operated supermarket stores nationwide and distribution through over 40 supermarket systems.
