安徽易芯半导体有限公司成立于2016年9月成立。公司位于安徽省合肥市新站高新区，经营范围为半导体装备、半导体硅晶体与硅片的研发、生产、销售和技术服务。
公司目前拥有30多人的科研管理团队，通过多年的自主研发，成功开发出我国*台12英寸半导体级单晶硅晶体生长炉与全自动控制系统，掌握了*的大直径单晶硅棒生长技术与硅片产业化经验，实现了12英寸半导体级单晶硅片的
国产化“零突破”，填补了国内空白。项目产品的客户群体为国内外大型12英寸晶圆芯片制造企业、光学材料和光学仪器制造企业等。
项目产业化初步计划总投资17亿元，达年产，将实现年产160万片12英寸半导体级单晶硅片。目前，该项目已经进入合肥市重大项目库，获得合肥市产业投资集团的参股投资，同时获得安徽省战略新兴产业（集成电路）基地项目专项资金的扶持。
据国家海关总署统计，截至2016年10月底，中国在集成电路（芯片）上的进口金额高达1.2万亿元人民币，超过原油
进口的两倍，成为我国*大宗进口商品。本项目产品处于产业链的*上游，公司愿与业界同仁、青年才俊一起精诚合
