It is located in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Xinzhan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Hefei City.

Jinghe Integration focuses on semiconductor wafer foundry services, committed to enhancing China's self-controllable integrated circuit manufacturing capabilities, providing customers with 150-40 nanometer process technologies, and will introduce more advanced process technologies in the future. In May 2023, Jinghe Integration was officially listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Jinghe Integration has achieved mass production of various products across platforms such as Display Driver IC (DDIC), CMOS Image Sensor (CIS), Microcontroller (MCU), Power Management IC (PMIC), and Logic applications.
