Its predecessor was the "Road and Bridge Engineering Company of China Railway Construction Engineering Bureau", established on May 17, 2002. On March 4, 2005, it was renamed as Beijing Road and Bridge Branch of China Railway Construction Engineering Group, and relocated from Zhuozhou to Beijing for registration. After restructuring, it was registered in Beijing on October 24, 2013, with a registered capital of 80 million yuan. On January 21, 2016, the registered capital was increased to 100.1 million yuan.
