The company was established in 2003, and its products are widely used in industries such as coatings, plastics, inks, and liquid crystals. The headquarters is located in Qingpu Industrial Park, Shanghai, with branches in Europe, the Americas, and other regions. Xianike Chemical owns two modern production plants, respectively located in Qingpu Industrial Park, Shanghai and the Economic Development Zone of Taixing City, Jiangsu Province. In 2005, the company passed the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification; in February 2010, the Qingpu plant passed the ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system certification. Relying on its brand, Xianike Chemical has rapidly become a major global supplier of high-performance organic pigments and enjoys a high reputation in the international market.
Since 2007, the company has been awarded the title of "Shanghai Foreign Investment Advanced Technology Enterprise" consecutively each year. In 2009, it was awarded the title of Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise. Its high-performance organic pigment P.R.254 was included in the Shanghai Key New Product Plan project, and the high-performance orange pigment P.O.73 was listed as a patented new product plan project. In 2012, the company was rated as a Shanghai Excellent High-tech Enterprise and a Shanghai Innovative Enterprise. In 2013, it was rated as Shanghai Technology Center. In 2014, it was rated as Qingpu District High-tech R&D Center. In 2015, it was awarded the title of Shanghai Science and Technology Little Giant Enterprise.
