The sublimation mass production workshop is located in Zhongguancun AI Science and Technology Park, Mentougou District, covering an area of 400 square meters. Since its establishment, Xiahe Technology Beijing headquarters has passed ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications, obtained the *High-tech Enterprise Qualification, and was rated as "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" and "Beijing Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Little Giant Enterprise".
Production Center - Xiahe Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (mass production base for OLED materials), located in Runjiang Road, Taixing Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, with a self-owned land area of 100 mu and a building area of 40,500 square meters. It includes a 10,000-square-meter Class 1000 sublimation mass production workshop, a 3,500-square-meter R&D building, 2 synthesis workshops, an administrative building, warehouses, solvent tank farm, environmental protection workshop, and supporting utility facilities, as well as more than 20 high-standard analysis, process synthesis, and process safety evaluation laboratories, equipped with advanced analytical instruments including Bruker 400 MHz NMR spectrometer, Shimadzu HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, DSC, ICP-MS, etc. The synthesis mass production workshop is equipped with advanced production equipment, including more than 50 reactors ranging from 5L to 5,000L, along with supporting centrifugation, drying, and tri-combination equipment, capable of producing products via various reaction types. The Class 1000 sublimation mass production workshop is equipped with more than 20 sublimation machines and 1 imported evaporation machine, as well as multiple advanced device testing rooms. Since its establishment, Xiahe Technology Jiangsu Company has ensured safe production and standardized operations, and has been rated as a "Major Provincial and Municipal Project".
R&D Sub-center - Xiahe Technology (Wuhu) Co., Ltd., located in Jiujiang Economic Development Zone, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Xiahe Technology Joint-stock Co., Ltd. With profound experience in OLED material and device R&D and numerous master's and doctoral talents in the OLED field, the company covers a total area of 4,500 square meters, engaged in OLED material R&D and aesthetic product production, including 1,500 square meters of synthesis and analysis laboratories, 500 square meters of Class 1000 clean laboratories, 100 square meters of Class 100 clean laboratories, and 200 square meters of reserved expansion space for clean laboratories.
