南京明州码头有限公司（龙潭五期）是由宁波舟山港集团独资组建的码头公司，位于南京与镇江交界处的龙潭港区，是南京市“十一五”重点工程，项目于2010年11月份建成投产，码头岸线长度700米，共四个泊位，其中5万吨级两个，7万吨级两个，陆域纵深1000米，占地70万平方米，前沿水深常年保持-14.5米以上，主要业务为矿石、煤炭、集装箱和件杂货装卸等，同时提供散货破碎、过筛、配货等延伸服务。
　　码头配备2台桥式抓斗卸船机（均为国内一流振华港机设备，台时为1250吨）、2台装船机（一台为1250吨，一台为1600吨）、4台斗轮式堆取料机5台门座式起重机，可满足两艘散货海轮同时作业，单船卸船效率超过2.5万吨/昼夜，能够满足7万吨级的国内、国际各类船舶高效作业的需求，散货的接卸能力超过2000万吨。
　　公司拥有堆场120万平米，其中皮带流程场地110万平米，其他标准场地10万平米，预留场地15万平米，可形成一次性的散货堆存能力300万吨。
