Chongqing Yulong Yuanda Residential Industry Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Yulong Yuanda") was established in March 2017, jointly invested and founded by Chongqing Yulong Asset Management (Group) Co., Ltd. and Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group Co., Ltd. By adopting the model of building industrialization, it innovates the traditional construction industry, has completed the research and development and achievement transformation of prefabricated building technology, and has become Chongqing's first intelligent manufacturing enterprise integrating building industrialization technology research and development, production, sales, and comprehensive services.
The company is located in Xipeng Industrial Park, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, with a total investment of about 500 million yuan. The production base covers a total area of 200 mu, with the first phase covering 100 mu, approximately 50,000 square meters of modern building industrialization research and development and production base, an annual production capacity of 300,000 cubic meters of PC (precast concrete) components, and an annual production capacity of about 1.2 million to 1.5 million square meters of prefabricated buildings with a 50% prefabrication rate.
