Dongling Group

Dongling Group is headquartered in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, with nearly 20,000 employees and more than 100 member enterprises (companies) under its umbrella, distributed across over 40 provincial capitals and central cities, including Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Xi'an, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Changsha, Qingdao, Wuxi, Qinhuangdao, Lanzhou, Xining, Yinchuan, Baotou, Urumqi, Chengdu, Lhasa, Kunming, and Guiyang. The Group mainly engages in sectors such as metal smelting, mineral energy, supply chain services, financial investment, and real estate, with business radiating to global markets.
Originating from a village-run enterprise, Dongling Group has consistently practiced an innovative system of "leading the village with the enterprise, integrating village and enterprise, and achieving common development," transforming the once poor and backward Dongling Village into a "Top Village in Western China," a "National Civilized Village," a "China Top Ten Well-off Villages," a "Top Ten Chinese Village Brands," a "National Rural Revitalization Demonstration Village," and a "China Happy Village," ranking third among "China's Top Ten International Famous Villages." The per capita net income of villagers exceeds 100,000 RMB, and the average household assets exceed 3 million RMB.
During its development, Dongling Group has proactively assumed responsibilities, participating in the restructuring of more than 10 state-owned enterprises on the verge of bankruptcy and placing over 10,000 state-owned enterprise employees. The Group actively engages in public welfare undertakings, building roads and bridges, donating for education, and helping the poor. In recent years, it has cumulatively donated over 300 million RMB, and has been recognized by the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government as an "Enterprise with Outstanding Contributions to Social Public Welfare." In September 2016, at the First China Poverty Alleviation Forum, Dongling Group received the "China Poverty Alleviation·Enterprise Contribution Award."
In September 2016, Liu Qibao, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary of the Central Secretariat, and Head of the Publicity Department, inspected Dongling Village, greatly motivating Dongling Village (Group) to advance its undertakings to a new level. On October 26, CCTV's "News Broadcast" featured a special report on Dongling Village (Group).
Li Heiji, founder, Party Committee Secretary, and Chairman of Dongling Group, was honorably elected as a deputy to the 11th National People's Congress for his outstanding economic contributions and social responsibility. He has received over a hundred honors, including "National Rural Youth Torch Bearer," "National Outstanding Entrepreneur," "National Model Worker," "National Outstanding Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics," "One of the 100 Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening-Up," "Lifetime Contribution Award for China's Rural Reform," and "Outstanding Private Entrepreneur of Shaanxi Province." He concurrently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the 12th All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), Vice President of the China Glory Society, Vice President of the China Association for Village Development Promotion, Vice Chairman of the Shaanxi Federation of Industry and Commerce, Member of the Financial and Economic Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress, and Member of the CPC Baoji Municipal Committee.
