Western Securities Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 with a registered capital of 3.5 billion yuan and is registered in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. It is one of the first batch of standardized securities companies in China and the 19th innovative securities company. On May 3, 2012, the company was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002673), becoming the 19th listed securities company in China. It is a fully licensed listed securities company and the only locally listed securities broker in Shaanxi Province, with the actual controller being Shaanxi Investment Group Co., Ltd. The company's stock has been successively included in the CSI 300, Shenzhen Component Index, and MSCI indexes. Over the past 18 years, the company has deeply cultivated the western region, forming a business layout that is based in Shaanxi and radiates nationwide. It has established 116 branches across 23 administrative regions nationwide, including 60 branches within the province, and owns three wholly-owned or controlled subsidiaries: Western Futures, Western Advantage Capital, and Western Lead Fund.
