Shaanxi Construction Engineering Holding Group Co., Ltd. was founded in March 1950. It is a wholly state-owned enterprise directly under the Shaanxi Provincial Government with a registered capital of 5.1 billion yuan. It operates across industries including international engineering contracting, construction industry investment, urban rail transit, steel structure fabrication and installation, commercial concrete production and distribution, engineering decoration, ancient architecture and landscaping, boiler research and production, logistics and supply chain, real estate development, medical and health education, and tourism and hotel operations. Its core enterprise, Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., is a large provincial-level comprehensive state-owned enterprise group with special-grade qualifications for general contracting of construction engineering (9), municipal public engineering (4), petrochemical engineering (1), highway engineering (1), Class A design qualifications (17), and overseas operation rights, possessing integrated general contracting capabilities covering engineering investment, survey, design, construction, and management. With its strong strength, SCEGC ranks 24th on the ENR Global Top 250 Contractors, 191st on the China Top 500 Enterprises, and 5th on the Top 200 Competitive Enterprises in China's Construction Industry. SCEGC currently has over 10,000 technical personnel with intermediate and senior professional titles, including 139 professor-level senior titles and 1,982 senior titles; 6,317 first- and second-class certified constructors, making its talent advantage in construction engineering leading in the western region and advanced among provincial construction groups nationwide.
