泰安市农业环境与能源研究设计院成立于2013年，位于泰安青春创业园内，是在泰安集成热泵工程研究中心的基础上兴建的，致力于生态农业、人工环境控制、新能源开发利用，下设农业研究所、环境研究所和能源研究所。拥有专家队伍10人，其中，外聘专家4人，高级工程师2人，工程师3人，专家团队熟悉总体和单体的可持续发展方案，业内经验丰富。与英国布鲁内尔大学、英国WSP集团、西安交通大学、山东省科学院、山东科技大学、山东农业大学、青岛理工大学等建立了密切的合作关系，并建立生态农业示范园一处。
