2011年7月16日，华润雪花啤酒全资收购河南商丘蓝牌啤酒公司，成立华润雪花啤酒（商丘）有限公司。目前运行的华润雪花啤酒（商丘）有限公司，坐落在商丘市睢阳产业集聚区工业大道北侧，由中国轻工业广州工程有限公司设计，占地214亩，总体规划年产啤酒26万KL，项目总投资金额为51600万元人民币，雪花系列产品定位为雪花主流就和区域品牌为主，采用先进、成熟的的工艺和设备，同时节能、环保和自动化。新工厂从2012年7月9日开始动工，分为酿造、包装、公用工程、物流、营销等五大区域，于2013年7月9日投产正常运行，是当前国内先进的啤酒生产工厂。
