一、岗位职责：
1. 支持业务部门工作，深入了解业务情况及团队状况，提供专业人力资源服务；
2. 评估并明确业务部门人才发展需求，搭建相应人才库，配合培训部开展人才培养；
3. 推动公司各项政策在部门内部的实施，保持沟通与反馈，为公司制度更新提供建议；
4. 主动与管理层、员工互动，建立有效并多样化的沟通渠道，保证业务部门信息的通畅；
5. 配合业务部门负责人对人员进行组织功能与职责梳理，提供组织诊断及优化建议。
二、职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，英语六级，人力资源专业优先；
2. 3年以上人事工作经验（2年HRBP经验），人事多模块实践经验，外企工作经验优先；
3. 业务敏感度高，能从HR角度发现问题并提出解决方案，持续保持好奇；
4. 良好的人际理解与共情能力，抗压性强，多任务、多角色能够自我平衡；
5. 具备较强的团队协作能力、沟通协调能力与抗压能力，责任心强。
三、工资待遇
1. 薪酬待遇：月基本工资10-15K；
