Hunan Daya Architectural Design Co., Ltd. was first established in 1983, originally named Changsha Shuguang Architectural Design Institute, and was the first private design unit in Changsha. In 2007, it was restructured and renamed Changsha Qianfeng Architectural Design Co., Ltd., and later renamed Hunan Daya Architectural Design Co., Ltd. The company's current design qualification is: Grade A in the construction industry (construction engineering), certificate number: A143007190. The company's business scope includes: planning design, architectural design, engineering consulting, BIM design consulting, and design-build general contracting led by the design institute. With the continuous development of the construction market, market competition has become increasingly fierce, and our company is also constantly progressing and developing. In recent years, our company has recruited a large number of excellent design talents, and now has a skilled and experienced professional design team. The company has 60 employees, including 50 professional and technical personnel, 3 national first-class registered architects, 3 national second-class architects, 3 national first-class registered structural engineers, 1 national registered public utility engineer (water supply and drainage), 1 national registered public utility engineer (HVAC), 1 national registered electrical engineer, and 12 with intermediate professional titles. A talent echelon has basically formed; the specialties are complete, and our company covers design specialties such as planning, architecture, structure, electrical, water supply and drainage, and HVAC; the equipment is excellent. The institute currently has 60 computers, achieving one machine per person for design and management personnel, with a computer drawing output rate of 100%; the technology is advanced. Our company has purchased various genuine professional drawing software that meets the requirements of each specialty, such as GstarCAD drawing software, Xiangyuan regulatory planning, and PKPM, totaling more than 40 sets. The BIM studio of Hunan Daya Architectural Design Co., Ltd. was established at the end of 2013. The department has a total of 15 engineers and designers from various specialties, including BIM-related specialties such as architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical equipment, line bridges, municipal engineering, and cost estimation. Since its establishment, this department has always been based on professional and technical standards, adhering to the working principle of no empty talk and no exaggeration, being down-to-earth and accumulating strength for future success. Combined with its own characteristics, it has truly "landed" BIM technology in projects, striving to apply BIM technology comprehensively and deeply in actual engineering, creating practical benefits for designers, constructors, and owners, and maximizing the advantages of BIM technology. Our company's BIM studio can now fully produce drawings for all specialties of architecture, structure, and mechanical and electrical, 4D/5D construction process simulation, three-dimensional pipeline integration and virtual simulation roaming, engineering quantity statistics, architectural information simulation such as sunlight and acoustics, municipal and traffic design simulation, and later project operation and maintenance.
