Wanhong Group Co., Ltd. was approved by the Wuhan Municipal Economic System Reform Commission Document Wu Ti Gai [1992] No. 9 in 1992, and was jointly initiated and established by the former Wuhan Printing Factory, Beijing Jinghua Trust Investment Company, and Shenzhen Vanke Enterprise Co., Ltd. It was officially established on March 18, 1992, with the company name Wuhan Changyin Group Co., Ltd.
Approved by the eighth meeting of the second board of directors and the third shareholders' meeting of the second session in 1999, and approved by the industrial and commercial management department, the company changed its name to Wuhan Chengcheng Culture Investment Group Co., Ltd.
Approved by the 2002 annual shareholders' meeting, the company completed industrial and commercial change registration at the Wuhan Administration for Industry and Commerce on July 4, 2003, changing its name from Wuhan Chengcheng Culture Investment Group Co., Ltd. to Wuhan Aoyuan Urban Development Co., Ltd.
Approved by the * extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2003, the company completed industrial and commercial change registration at the Wuhan Administration for Industry and Commerce on December 5, 2003, changing its name from Wuhan Aoyuan Urban Development Co., Ltd. to Wuhan Wanhong Group Co., Ltd.
Approved by the 2003 annual shareholders' meeting, the company completed industrial and commercial change registration at the Wuhan Administration for Industry and Commerce on August 12, 2004, changing its name from Wuhan Wanhong Group Co., Ltd. to Wanhong Group Co., Ltd.
In April 2016, the company name was changed from Wanhong Group Co., Ltd. to Bestsun Energy Co., Ltd., and the English name was changed from WinownerGroupCo.,Ltd. to BestsunEnergyCO.,LTD.
