Hunan Palm Xunlonghe Ecological Town Development Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive town operator led by ecological town development, integrating ecological environment governance, urban infrastructure construction, comprehensive agricultural development, real estate development and operation, cultural tourism industry investment and management, tourist attraction development and management, and education and training into multiple industries.
The company was registered and established in 2009 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. At present, the Xunlonghe Ecological Art Town project developed by the company covers a total area of more than 14,700 mu, with a planned total investment of 14 billion yuan. Through the linkage of land increase and decrease and off-site replacement, the project implements centralized residential living for farmers, improves public infrastructure such as water, electricity, roads, gas, and networks, as well as public supporting facilities such as science, education, culture, health, sports, and commerce, builds new rural communities, and realizes local urbanization of farmers; by promoting centralized land circulation, it develops modern agriculture, rural leisure tourism, and small town commercial and residential development and other rural comprehensive industries, and promotes local employment of farmers.
The project has pioneered a new urbanization construction model of "enterprise market operation, government promotion and supervision, full participation of villagers' organizations, and full protection of people's livelihood," which has typical demonstration significance for Hunan's new urbanization construction.
The company is located at the Reception Center of Xunlonghe Ecological Art Town, North Huangxing Avenue, Changsha County. The development company currently has 90 employees.
