Headquartered in Jing'an District, Shanghai, it is a professional provider of overall solutions for water quality monitoring in China. The company focuses on the integration of online water quality monitoring systems, full custody operation and maintenance services, instrument R&D and sales, and third-party laboratory testing. Its core business is smart water quality solutions, covering surface water online monitoring systems, municipal water online monitoring systems, rural water supply monitoring systems, and river treatment, aiming to build a water quality monitoring system that integrates traditional manual monitoring, online monitoring, and intelligent monitoring across the entire industry.
The company currently has more than 350 employees and two R&D centers, with multiple branches and subsidiaries in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Henan, Anhui, Hunan, and Hubei. It has 56 technical service centers in more than 10 provinces and cities, as well as five holding third-party testing companies that possess CMA qualifications with capabilities for over 1,000 testing items. Several self-developed devices have passed the performance tests of the Environmental Monitoring Instrument Quality Inspection Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and obtained the China Environmental Protection Product Certification. The newly developed multi-parameter water quality monitor is suitable for multiple stages of municipal water use and represents a high-quality domestic water quality monitoring product. The company currently holds the first-class qualification for surface water quality automatic monitoring station operation services under the China Environmental Service Certification, possesses the ITSS Level 3 information technology service standard qualification, and has passed certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO20000, and ISO27001. In 2018, it was awarded the title of Shanghai High-tech Enterprise, and for many consecutive years has been rated as an Abide-by-Contract and Weighty-Promise Enterprise and an AAA Credit Rating Enterprise. In 2019, it was recognized as an Outstanding Environmental Protection Brand Enterprise, a Shanghai Jiading District Science and Technology Little Giant Enterprise, and a Shanghai Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Enterprise. The company is currently a strategic partner of the renowned German water quality analyzer manufacturer KUNTZE, serving as its general agent for China, and is an A-level agent for all products of WTW, YSI, and SonTek under Xylem Inc., USA.
The company has always adhered to R&D innovation in the field of environmental monitoring, achieving outstanding performance. It has built nearly 700 automatic water quality monitoring stations (115 under the China National Environmental Monitoring Centre), and operates and maintains more than 500 stations under full custody. In May 2018, the company won the bid for the construction and operation and maintenance project of the national surface water automatic monitoring system of the China National Environmental Monitoring Centre, with a bid amount of 143 million yuan. In October 2019, the company jointly won the bid for the construction project of the Shenzhen water environment automatic monitoring stations, with a bid amount of 510 million yuan.
In 2021, the company will construct a 25,000-square-meter production base and office building in Changshu, further laying a solid foundation for its ongoing smart water affairs and river treatment businesses, and plans to sell products back to Europe and the United States by the end of 2021, contributing its strength to China's water environment cause!
