China Mobile Tietong Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Mobile Tietong") was established on September 7, 2015, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 15,000 million. It has branches in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) across the country. Its main business includes communication technology, information system development, consulting services, and construction project management. China Mobile Tietong's predecessor was China Railway Communication Information Co., Ltd., established on December 20, 2000. On January 20, 2004, it was transferred from the Ministry of Railways to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and renamed China Tietong Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Tietong"), becoming one of the six telecom operators. On June 6, 2008, with the approval of the State Council, China Tietong and China Mobile implemented reorganization. On November 27, 2015, China Mobile's wholly-owned subsidiary China Mobile Tietong completed the acquisition of China Tietong's target assets and businesses at a price of 31.88 billion yuan. Chongqing Branch (hereinafter referred to as "China Mobile Chongqing Tietong") is a provincial-level branch of China Mobile Tietong Co., Ltd., operating technology development, transfer, and consulting services for communication technology, information systems, and computer software and hardware; construction project management; computer system services; leasing of communication equipment and instruments; and sales of communication equipment and instruments. It operates independently and conducts independent accounting within the authorized scope. China Mobile Chongqing Tietong has a strong technical force, a complete maintenance system, highly unified command, and an excellent overall quality operation management and maintenance team, possessing the foundation and strength to provide high-quality services to group customers, especially large cross-regional industry customers.
