Shanghai Landscape Architecture (Group) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Shanghai Construction Group Landscape Architecture Group) was founded in 1992. In 2004, it was transferred from the Shanghai Municipal Landscape Administration Bureau to Shanghai Construction Group Corporation. In 2009, its core assets were injected into Shanghai Construction Group Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Construction Group Landscape Architecture Group has a registered capital of RMB 500 million. Currently, it has 13 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 8 branch companies, 6 regional business departments, and 1 engineering research institute. It holds Class A qualifications for landscape architecture design, urban-rural planning, and architectural design, as well as Class 1 qualifications for municipal engineering, construction, water conservancy and hydropower, decoration, environmental protection, ancient architecture, and cultural heritage protection.

Shanghai Construction Group Landscape Architecture Group has established the Shanghai Landscape brand domestically and showcased the elegance of Chinese gardens internationally. In recent years, it has been honored with titles such as "National May Day Labor Award" and "National Advanced Collective in Greening", "Shanghai May Day Labor Award", "Shanghai Civilized Unit", and "Shanghai Golden Cup Company". Many projects have received awards including the Luban Prize, Zhan Tianyou Grand Award, Dayu Award, AIPH Grand Award, IFLA Award, Municipal Engineering Gold Award, and Shanghai Magnolia Award. In 2018, newly signed contracts exceeded RMB 10 billion; in 2019, construction output value exceeded RMB 10 billion; and in 2020, operating revenue exceeded RMB 10 billion, achieving three "RMB 10 billion" breakthroughs within three years. Since 2019, it has ranked first among the top 50 urban landscape greening enterprises in China for several consecutive years.
