Tiansi Precision

Chongqing Tiansi Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tiansi Precision or the company) was established in December 2015. The company's headquarters is located in the mountain city of Chongqing, at No. 28 Longjin Avenue, Liangjiang New Area, within the Chongqing Tiansi Precision Camera Industry Park. It also has offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Taipei, Tokyo, Suwon, California, and Noida. The registered capital is 446 million yuan, primarily engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of high-end camera modules. Its products have been applied to mobile phone industry customers represented by OPPO, Transsion, Lenovo, and TCL; IoT industry customers represented by Amazon, iFLYTEK, Xiaotiancai (which seems to refer to a children's brand, but Xiaotiancai is the actual brand name), iRobot, and others; and automotive industry customers represented by Dongfeng and BYD. In 2021, the output value reached approximately 1.4 billion yuan.
Since April 2017, when Tiansi Precision moved into the Yubei Airport Park, the first phase project has invested a total of approximately 200 million yuan of self-owned funds, introducing 6 fully automated imported COB packaging production lines; the second phase project expanded by approximately 9,000 square meters, introducing 9 fully automated imported COB packaging production lines. At the end of 2019, the second phase added an additional investment of 60 million yuan, expanding by more than 3,000 square meters to build a CSP camera module testing production line. The third phase self-built plant covers an area of approximately 65,400 square meters with a total construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters. In April 2020, 4 COB packaging production lines were added, and in September, 6 more were added, totaling 25 COB packaging production lines. After the third phase plant is fully operational, it will reach 50 COB packaging production lines.
The company attaches great importance to product research and development, establishing feasible internal innovation mechanisms and R&D management systems. It has invested over ten million yuan to build a first-class enterprise-level optical testing and research center, providing various R&D infrastructure platforms for the company's R&D team and conducting strict product testing on company products over the long term.
The company has successively passed ISO 9001/QC 080000/ESD 20.20/IATF 16949/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 certifications, and has established OA, ERP, MES, WMS and other intelligent information systems, deeply integrating industrialization and informatization.
