德阳市新恒源油田工程技术有限公司于2010年2月10日在四川省广汉市依法成立，注册资本2000万元。公司现成立了3个环保治理项目部，26支技术过硬、经验丰富的环保治理工程服务队，具有在四川、重庆、贵州、内蒙、新疆等复杂地表地形条件下进行油气田环保工程施工（包括污水处理、固体废物处理）的经历。
公司秉承减量化、无害化、资源化的环保理念，不断探索清洁化生产技术，实现废水循环利用，固废资源化利用。
公司利用过硬的技术，配合先进的环保治理设备，陆续开展钻井废弃物无害化治理、固废物综合治理资源化利用及废水达标处理项目。施工过程未发生任何安全环保事故，受到中石化、中石油及地方环保局的一致好评。
