任职要求：
1、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、基础扎实，3年及以上java开发经验；
3、熟练掌握MySQL等关系型数据库，达梦、东方通等国产化数据库，有数据库设计和性能调优等实践经验；
4、熟练掌握Elasticsearch、Redis、Kafka等主流中间件，有实践经验；
5、熟悉spring、springMVC、Hibernate/MyBatis等主流框架，熟悉SpringBoot、SpringCloud常用微服务框架，并熟悉其运行原理，对微服务架构有深入的理解和实践经验；
6、熟悉微服务架构，掌握Docker、Kubernetes以及DevOps等相关工具和理念。对分布式系统、缓存、消息队列、安全技术等领域的基本原理有深入了解，并具备实际开发经验；
7、理解io、类装载、多线程、集合等基础框架，深入理解面向对象设计思想，熟练掌握常用设计模式，具有扎实的编程功底和良好的代码风格；
8、具备良好的沟通技巧和一定的系统设计能力，能够明确系统的职责和边界，胜任大型复杂项目的维护、改造及升级工作；
9、具备万得、同花顺、东财、彭博、路孚特等金融终端产品开发经验者优先。
