The company's shares were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on August 9, 1993, with the stock abbreviation "International Medicine" and stock code "000516", making it the first listed company in Shaanxi Province and the Northwest region.
In recent years, the company has identified large health medical services and the transformation and application of modern medical technology as its main business, continuously improving its corporate governance structure, adhering to the development strategy of combining technological innovation with steady operation, and with increasingly strong capital strength, it has become one of the largest listed medical industry groups in China.
