Shanghai Fuiou Payment Service Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 100 million yuan and has established over 30 branches nationwide. In 2011, it obtained the bank card acquiring and internet payment licenses issued by the People's Bank of China. In 2013, upon approval by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, it became one of the first batch of pilot units for cross-border e-commerce foreign exchange payment business, conducting foreign exchange payment services for cross-border e-commerce.
