Shaanxi Construction Engineering Fifth Construction Group Co., Ltd. is a state-owned holding enterprise group with independent legal personality, supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shaanxi Province and affiliated to Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. The company was founded in 1953, underwent comprehensive restructuring in December 2008, and established its enterprise group in July 2013.
 The group has a registered capital of RMB 1.08 billion. It currently holds the special-grade qualification for general contracting of building construction, Grade A qualification for engineering design in the construction industry (civil air defense engineering and building engineering), Grade 1 qualification for general contracting of municipal public works, Grade 2 qualification for general contracting of petrochemical engineering, and five Grade 1 qualifications for specialized contracting of steel structure engineering, building mechanical and electrical installation engineering, fire protection facility engineering, building decoration and renovation engineering, and ancient building engineering. It also possesses the national certificate for foreign contracted projects.
 The group's bank credit line exceeds RMB 2.2 billion. Domestic construction projects are distributed in Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Hainan, Tibet, Xinjiang, Gansu, Guizhou, Anhui, and other places. Meanwhile, it has undertaken contracted projects in overseas markets such as Malaysia, Dubai, UAE, and Nigeria.
 Currently, the group has set up 18 functional departments, 12 civil construction companies, 12 professional companies and regional market companies, 9 holding subsidiaries, as well as professional companies for subway, steel structure, prefabricated building, BIM design, and provincial-level technical centers.
 The enterprise has more than 2,203 registered employees, among whom 1,446 have associate degree or above, accounting for 65% of the total workforce. Among them, there are 35 with master's degrees, 1,106 with bachelor's degrees, and 305 with associate degrees, accounting for 59.98%. There are 122 with senior professional titles, 450 with intermediate professional titles, and 456 registered constructors. In addition, there are 30 professionals registered in architecture, structure, public utilities, safety, cost, etc. The group has complete and reasonable staffing, dynamic talent echelon construction, and its talent reserve in various fields has reached a relatively high level in the industry. While improving staffing and institutional configuration, the group continuously enhances its quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health management system. It actively promotes standardization and informatization construction, successfully introduces and implements the excellent performance management model, and establishes and applies various information management systems, significantly improving the comprehensive management level of the enterprise.
