Yonding was founded in 1978. Its subsidiary Jiangsu Yonding Co., Ltd. (stock code 600105) was established in 1994 and listed in 1997. It is a private listed company in China's optical cable industry. After decades of steady development, it has formed a strategic pattern of "integrated and coordinated development of optoelectronics" and owns dozens of holding and shareholding companies and research and development institutions, including Yonding Optoelectronics, and has set up branches in more than ten countries and regions around the world.
