Bailian Outlet Plaza (Hunan·Changsha) is located on Dayuan East Road, Huanghua Town, Changsha County, Changsha City, Hunan Province. As a key project of Hunan Province and one of the first batch of key projects introduced after the approval of the Changsha Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, it opened on December 21, 2018.
