China Gezhouba Group Water Operation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in September 2016 and registered in Wuhan, Hubei Province. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd.
As the main investment platform of the Group's water sector, the Company focuses on investment in water supply, sewage treatment, and water environment governance, coordinates and leads the construction and operation management of related business projects, and extends to upstream and downstream industries such as water consulting services, sludge disposal, and production and sales of water treatment products.
The Company actively practices the five development concepts and is committed to building a beautiful China with blue skies, green land, and clear waters. It is responsible for operating 58 water plants (with a water treatment capacity of 3 million tons per day), over 1,000 kilometers of pipe networks, and 33 pumping stations in more than ten provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China, including Beijing, Xiongan New Area, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan, Zhejiang, and Hainan, and has initially achieved a nationwide strategic layout. Leveraging its professional operation advantages, the Company adheres to the going global strategy, carries out entrusted sewage treatment operation business in countries such as Equatorial Guinea and Ethiopia, and has successfully brought Chinese standards abroad.
Since its establishment, the Company's water business scale has continued to expand, its status has continued to rise, and its brand influence has continued to grow. The Company has been featured many times by authoritative media such as CCTV, and has won a series of honors including China's Most Powerful Cross-border Enterprise in the Water Industry, Leading Enterprise in China's Water Industry PPP Field, First Prize of the Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award, China Energy Enterprise Informatization Management Innovation Award, and Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
