China City Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Third Bureau Group) is a large state-owned enterprise under China Peace Company, which is directly affiliated with the Central United Front Work Department system. The company was established in the mid-1980s and has undergone two important restructurings. Over nearly three decades of development, it has gradually formed an enterprise group with infrastructure construction as its core business, providing full-process or phased services including planning, consulting, planning, investment, development, agent construction, and operation.
The Third Bureau Group currently has over 30 branches and subsidiaries (including 4 overseas construction companies), with a total of more than 1,800 registered employees, including over 700 management and engineering technical personnel, 80 with senior professional titles, 207 with intermediate professional titles, and 78 national registered constructors (including 50 first-class constructors).
The Third Bureau Group is strong in strength and fully qualified. The company has a registered capital of 600.5 million yuan, total assets of nearly 11 billion yuan, and net assets of 7 billion yuan. The company possesses two Grade I general contracting qualifications approved and issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development: Grade I general contracting for highway engineering and Grade I general contracting for municipal public works construction; four Grade I professional contracting qualifications: Grade I professional contracting for bridge engineering, highway subgrade engineering, highway pavement engineering, and earthwork engineering. It also possesses Grade II professional contracting for tunnel engineering construction, Grade III general contracting for building construction engineering, Grade III professional contracting for port and coastal engineering construction, Grade III professional contracting for building waterproofing engineering, and Class A Grade II for highway maintenance engineering, among other qualifications.
