Chongqing New Ge Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. was established in April 2008, located in Gangqiao Industrial Park, Yongchuan High-tech Zone, covering an area of 500 mu with more than 220 employees, and a registered capital of 72 million USD. It mainly engages in the recycling and processing of scrap metals, as well as the smelting and manufacturing of recycled aluminum alloy ingots and aluminum alloy liquid; the comprehensive utilization of aluminum dross resources, and the production and sales of refractory material raw materials and concrete pavement brick raw materials.
At present, Chongqing New Ge has built 3 recycled aluminum production lines with an annual output of 300,000 tons. In order to further improve the company's recycled aluminum recycling system, turn waste resources into treasures, and reduce the amount of solid waste generated, a "Resource Comprehensive Utilization Project" has been newly built within the existing production workshop. A production line for comprehensive utilization of aluminum dross resources has been completed, with an annual processing capacity of 50,000 tons of aluminum dross and an annual output of 43,000 tons of refractory material raw materials and concrete pavement brick raw materials. The company has passed ISO9001 quality system, ISO14001 environmental management system, IATF16949 automotive quality system certification, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system.
New Ge Group adheres to the construction concept of a garden-style factory. Boldly investing in environmental protection, the Chongqing factory was listed by the National Development and Reform Commission as an "Urban Mineral Demonstration Base Project"; in 2019, it was recognized as a Chongqing Enterprise Technology Center. By the end of 2023, Chongqing New Ge had applied for 74 patents, including 25 invention patents and 49 utility model patents. Our company adopts advanced raw material crushing, flotation and other pretreatment equipment processes and dual-chamber smelting energy-saving technology to ensure the product's advanced advantages. With the goal of "zero emissions", we have solved the secondary pollution problem of recycled aluminum smelting and built the nation's most advanced modern clean production line for recycled aluminum. The aluminum dross resource comprehensive utilization project has a large processing capacity, with a defluorination efficiency greater than 99.99%, producing no fluorine wastewater, no secondary pollution, and no equipment corrosion issues. The infrastructure and operating costs are relatively low, and the treatment technology has obtained 5 national invention patents. The harmless treated aluminum dross has undergone solid waste attribute identification, and the identification result shows it is not hazardous waste, realizing the resource recycling of hazardous waste and solving a long-standing problem in the recycled aluminum industry.
