It is a modern manufacturing enterprise integrating cutting-edge die-casting technology, high-tonnage die-casting equipment, and advanced production management experience for automotive die castings.
The company's main business includes: design and manufacturing of high-pressure die-casting products for traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles. Customers are mainly distributed in: South America, North America, Southeast Asia, etc. It provides high-pressure die-casting products for well-known domestic and international customers such as BMW, Tesla, Li Auto, Ford, Volkswagen, Audi, General Motors, Linamar, BAIC Group, etc.; medium and large aluminum alloy die castings such as cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, transmissions, oil pans, etc.
The company's equipment configuration includes: 9 sets of 1600-3300 ton fully automatic die-casting production units, 14 small die-casting machines below 1600 tons, 2 fully automatic production lines for German DMG transmissions, about 60 sets of CNC machining equipment imported from Japan, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of aluminum alloy die-casting and machining; among them, robot collaborative operations have met international standards and are at the forefront of domestic die-casting enterprises.
