Yipin Fresh

Abbreviated as Yipin Platform. Founded in 2013, it is the earliest company to pioneer community fresh food discount stores, with offline brand: Yipin Fresh, and online brand: Yipin Daohome.

Yipin Fresh currently covers more than ten cities, and by 2019, its offline stores will exceed 1,000, making it a leading player in the community fresh food sector in terms of scale and sustained profitability.

Yipin adopts a partnership system model, integrating supply chain resources through the partnership model to build an information channel for the industry chain; at the store level, it replicates and expands stores through the partnership model, creating a co-entrepreneurship platform for fresh food. Currently, Yipin Daohome services have been launched in multiple cities, where consumers can place orders through the mobile app and choose to pick up at nearby stores or have the platform provide delivery services, covering more grocery shopping scenarios.

In early August 2020, Yipin Fresh completed a Series C capital increase of 2.5 billion yuan, with Tencent continuing to increase its investment, and Series B investors such as Capital Today and Zhongding Capital also following up. Through the completion of this transaction, Yipin will leverage Tencent's smart retail, Capital Today's strategic insights, Meituan's urban delivery, and Zhongding's intercity logistics to rapidly achieve its strategic layout.
