Security Service Group

Hangzhou Security Service Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Security Group Company), formerly known as Hangzhou Security Service General Company, was established in 1985 and was originally directly managed by the Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau. In April 2014, in accordance with the "Security Service Management Regulations" of the State Council and relevant documents of the Ministry of Public Security and the Public Security Department of Zhejiang Province, the company was separated from the management system of the Hangzhou public security organs and placed under the leadership and management of the Hangzhou Commercial and Tourism Group Co., Ltd., which is under the Hangzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The company still undertakes security and inspection tasks for major political conferences and important political activities at or above the provincial and municipal levels, and continues to receive comprehensive professional guidance from public security organs and security guard departments. The chairman of the Municipal Security Group Company (also the legal representative) is Zheng Xuelin. The company has 22 departments, including the Large-scale Event Support Department, Security Department No.1 to No.5, Financial 110 Alarm Service Department, Social Video Surveillance Engineering Department, Security Dog Base, Security Equipment Operation Branch, Fuyang Security Branch, and Dadong Security Branch. The registered capital is RMB 60 million, with net assets of RMB 200 million and over 6,000 security personnel. It is one of the first large-scale security groups in China and the earliest established in Zhejiang Province.
